Metro Venture Properties’ core strategy maintains that projects must create both a stable/ profitable long-term asset but project hurdles must meet a definable short-term upside in property values. We have proven results both with the purchase and widespread rehab of existing Multi Family Assets as well as the development of new communities in underserved housing types. Our passion for sustainable building designs and experience in all facets of Multifamily Property lifecycles helps us deliver results while improving the neighborhoods we work in. Metro Venture Properties is typically the largest sole equity contributor in all our properties which assures our partners a focus on investment performance.
