Metro Venture Properties is a real estate firm specializing in investing in Multi-Family housing projects in the Colorado Front Range Market. We are the single largest equity contributor in our projects which assures our partners a commitment to investment performance.

Mike Levison

Principal

Mike has worked in the Sustainable Building’s Industry for nearly 20 years with over 15 years of experience in the Multi-Family Housing market as a property owner and developer. As a degreed Mechanical Engineer from the University of Colorado, Mike spent his early career working for The Trane Company in their new construction and building services businesses. Mike’s relationships in the market and knowledge of new construction processes, contract negotiation, and financing allows him to successfully execute on developing new and repositioning existing communities into better places to live while providing positive results to our investors.
